everything was perfectly fine, the service was excellent. astonishing view, a lovely balcony, comfortable bed, too. the staff did all they can for an outstanding stay. walking distance to the secluded beach. clean pool and sand beach.

This hotel was fabulous base for exploring Cleveland, greatly enjoyed it. View looking over lake was the reason we booked queen room. Only 5 min walk to downtown. Worth its 4 stars.
